Hygiene Zones

  • Zone 1 (High Care Area): Open product handling. Positive air pressure, HEPA filtration, and strict gowning protocols.
  • Zone 2 (Medium Care): Secondary packaging. Clean, washable surfaces with controlled access.
  • Zone 3 (Basic Infrastructure): Warehousing & Dispatch. Pest-proof and dust-free environments.

Specialized Flooring & Drainage

In food plants, the floor is subjected to steam cleaning, hot oils, blood, organic acids, and aggressive impacts.

U-Crete / PU Concrete

Polyurethane concrete screeds (6mm-9mm) that withstand thermal shock (-40°C to +120°C) and are impervious to non-oxidizing acids.

Hygienic Drainage

Stainless Steel (SS304/316) slot drains and catch basins with rounded basket traps. Designed with 1:100 slope to prevent standing water.

Structural Hygiene Details

  • No horizontal ledges (dust accumulation)
  • Using closed box sections instead of I-beams where possible
  • 45-degree slope on windowsills
  • Shatter-proof lighting fixtures
  • Food-grade silicone sealants
  • Separate utility corridors for maintenance
